This is the lighter of my two aprons, smooth polyester with a tie-back fit that stays comfortable through a long cooking day. It wipes clean fast, which matters when you're dredging chicken with one hand and stirring greens with the other.
One size fits most, and the design is printed on the front where everybody can see it when you're at the stove.
